"Hotel convenient for Alexander stadium.
Staff helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was good for dinner and the breakfast was a great selection and quality.
Unfortunately our tv or air conditioning didn’t work in the bedroom which let it down. Plus neighbours were in and out of the rooms slamming doors all night (not the hotels fault - but really noisy - we were by an outside door also so more footfall passing by)
Fantastic to have a pool and additional facilities, but the pool area...

"Upon arrival, we were informed the pool is faulty and can’t be accessed. The carpet on the hallways was extremely dirty. The room has very poor lighting. The bathroom had only a shower so it’s not convenient if you don’t want to wet your hair. There was dirty plates and rubbish left infront of most rooms for hours. Also, for breakfast, I would rate it 5/10. The buffet was stored in rusted heavy bowls and lids you will have to lift up. Also there was no hot chocolate just coffee and tea bags....

"Hotel was clean and well maintained. Lovely grounds. Doesn’t have air conditioning but fans are provided. We had an issue as had booked twin rooms which I confirmed over 3 phone call but was assigned double rooms which the hotel did rectify but couldn’t done with out the hassle. Make sure you have written confirmation if you require twin rooms. Otherwise all good."

"Very nice room with great option for a sofa bed. Good menu at the restaurant, and extremely helpful staff. Very clean facilities. A very lovely place to stay."

"This is a standard, mid-range hotel on a business park.
Telford town centre is a 10-minute walk away. It is a modern retail centre, dominated by the big brands with no independent shops/restaurants/pubs. Fine, if that's your thing.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was generous but standard.
This is a one-night stay hotel for a specific purpose, not a tourist hotel"

"Amazing hotel and spa experience. Staff were really professional and helpful. Spa is really good and decent size pool for a hotel. Food was very good too."
