"Great hotel in a lovely area close to the arena at the docks so very handy for the town centre and all the docks attractions. The only faults were that some of the stairwell carpets were rather worn and scruffy and the hotel staff need to ensure that everything g in the room (TV and air conditioning ) work correctly. I would stay again - room was lovely, bars very clean and helpful friendly staff "

"Lovely hotel, having the restaurant at the hotel was a great addition. The rooms were nice and clean - lovely touch having the extra items in the mini fridge. The location was great for walking to the docks and into city centre. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you! "

"I stayed here with my partner for the 2025 air show weekend. It’s a great location on the sea front and our room had gorgeous sea views. If you’re interested to see what it was like to experience luxury at the turn of the century you can see it here. Very dated, of course, but with lots of stunning original features.
