Everything was rushed like we were Sadinesehich of curse we understand we would only be booking to catch flight early hrs but surely good customer care is needed. Holiday Hiltons the way to go"

"lovely, hotel and excellent team, well placed in the Lanes. very pleasant place to stay. i stayed in a superior room facing on the access and was at times noisy, late night revellers, bin-glass collection at 5.30am - so not the best of sleep. i mentioned it politely, to be informed :-s that they try to accommodate long term guests in rooms tucked at the back of the hotel - if you stay here make sure to request a non-street, quiet room."
