By 4.00pm they give us only 1 room out of 3 booked, it took another hour to give us 2 other rooms. It was mentioned that by default they will clean the room and to opt-out need to explicitly tell them, or put privacy note on door. "The Delavan was amazing! We stayed in the Harriett Suite my wife and I agree its one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was beautiful, deep tub, rainfall showerhead and his/hers vanity. The facilities were well kept gym included. I love that the gift shop is 24 hours and that Perla, Italian Prime, and the Chandelier Bar are all attached the food is delicious and the drinks are creative and stiff. Allison was very...
