"Perfect location for the city centre and and 15 min walk from utilita which is why I booked it. Rooms were basic but clean. Aircon didn't work but reception offered an industrial fan in the room as a close second as no opportunity to change room (heatwave 30 degrees) breakfast was good, lots of selection. Overall average stay. Great location. "
