"The whole resort was spotless and well maintained. Our room was spacious and had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathroom was well laid out and the best shower and water pressure. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, pool and we could watch the shows at Chala Sky Bar. All staff was very friendly and the food was very good. We ate in every restaurant! "Clean room, "

"The staff was A++ they all knew our names by day 2. They were super courteous and very very honest. We left our safe open one day with plenty of cash on display and they came cleaned our room and absolutely nothing was taken. The resort was spotless. The events were far away from the rooms so you could get your rest of that is what you came for. The food was okay. The reservation for the Brazil restaurants had to be done from 2pm to 4pm which was very inconvenient. The steak didn't blow my mind....
