"Everyone was so very kind! Very convenient to the airport. Short of the elevator not working…. But they did offer to take our baggage to our room 😀. The restaurant staff was so very nice, but the food was meh… maybe just go out somewhere else to eat. I would definitely stay here again! The uber ride was much easier than expected. Make sure you get in the right bus haha. We had to get off at another hotel , but uber was on it. The room was very spacious and the AC worked wonders. Again…....

"Good location - 1 minute away from the subway station. Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Breakfast chef a la carte was a great experience. The hotel is located in an old building that means I could hear the traffic on the road."

"Thank goodness the hotel rooms have AC and elevators, is a very short walk from Lancaster Gate tube stop and right across from Hyde Park Italian Fountain. The staffs are friendly and helpful. A great hotel choice for sightseeing!"

"I was really impressed by the gym and pool here and the bed is super comfy. Very well air conditioned. It was such a chill out bliss to use the gym, sauna and steam room as well as the pool before an early morning flight. The real selling point is their policy on no children for the last hour of the spa opening. It means it can actually be relaxing. Superb"
