"The room was very clean, the welcome was warm, and even though hot food is not allowed in the rooms, we were very pleased with the effort that Tim and Vicky went to to set up for us to have a takeaway dinner in the dining area. The location is great - literally around the corner from Torre Abbey, gardens, and the beach, marina and high street are not too far also."

"The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The property provided us with a bedroom, lounge and balcony so there was plenty of space to move around in. Personalising your breakfast requests was a nice touch. As there are a few stairs to enter the premises don’t take large cases. There is an easy walk downhill to the seaside and back up a gradual incline through the main part of town. Poor Torquay itself looks very depressed with lots of places closed."
