"Easy place to find in an ideal central location to access things via foot. The room is large and presented well. Comfy bed and good water pressure. On-site restaurant serves a good variety of food and drinks and the food is of good quality. For an old building it has great character and a lovely place to relax on a trip. Ample parking."

"We booked a 1 bedroomed apartment for our stay. The room was immaculately clean and was just what we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning."

"No frills but good location. I just needed a bed and shower during a trip to see a concert at the nearby De Montfort Hall. It's a great location for that, less than 5mins walk, also near plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It's cheap so I didn't expect much. The room and toilet/shower was basic but clean. There were no curtains, just blinds...so in the summer and with a heat wave it was quite unbearable. There's an electronic lock on the room doors but not on the main outside door so anyone...

The large bedroom light worked, but none of the smaller, bedside lights worked, so not great at night - totally or all nothing. "Our large room was very spacious and it had a nice homely feel. The bed was very comfortable and the right size. There was also a decent back patio to enjoy our private dinner. Window and patio door opens wide to allow sufficient ventilation into our room. The room is clean and tidy including the bedding. There was enough space to store our luggage including our belongings.
