"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "We stayed here the night before our trip up Mt Etna. It was an ideal location for an early start, 20-25mins from the cable car station. We arrived early the day before but were allowed to check into our room and had the entire place to ourselves so spent the afternoon sat by the pool.
