"When I checked into the hotel on Thursday it went smoothly but come Friday night -Sunday morning I had to make numerous phone calls to the front desk everyday because kids was running up and down the halls loudly and banging on doors and was even running in the halls passed the times it said it was quiet hours and I couldn’t sleep or rest. "The customer service here cannot be beat, but the actual facilities are in need of dire repairs. My room was not clean, it was dusty, a cleaning rag was left in it, and there was just a lack of cleaning. The shower and bed were clean, so I did not make a fuss because I was exhausted, but this room was not worth the fees they charge. The hotel is in need of dire upgrades. It looks like they've updated the main facilities, but the guest rooms are in dire need of upgrades and repairs. "

"The rooms were not very well cleaned only the basics. First room I was given the fan on the heater did not work. The second one would sometimes make really loud noises when running so it was either deal with the heater noise or freeze. Because the windows were super draft and just blowing in cold air from the outside. Every night people were out making lots of noise in the hallways all the way up to 2 am. I requested and received late checkout for full participation in the event. I was disappointed I was not able to have a late check out but instead was advised to have my luggage at the reception desk this time. "
