"The room was very clean and comfortable. The afternoon/evening clerk was very nice. Morning guy, not so much and stingy about putting vending machine type breakfast items out and irritated when you asked. The lot was a mess. Shared parking with a very popular restaurant so hard to find a space when returning to room. Vacant run down buildings were our view from room. "This property is aging out and in need of major upgrades. The putter corridor is a detached motel. The hotel is engulfed in all manner of odor. The continental breakfast was the equivalent of a vending machine with no hospitality. The internet was non existent for my work laptop as well as my iPad forcing me to use my cell as a hotspot. The only highlight was checking out. I started to write the MD health code department because this operation is long overdue for inspection."

"The room and bed sheets were dirty, drain in bath tub was clogged and would not go down. I told receptionist to check and fix the issue. When my family and I got back nothing was fixed nor a change of bed sheets"

"Convenient location with easy access to DC. Can walk to casual dining place like TGIs. Only thing disappointing was morning staff around 10am weekdays don’t answer when you call front desk. Went down in person and sure enough lady was there just didn’t want to work I guess. Extended my stay, room hasn’t been cleaner in 3 days, let’s see how long they’ll keep it uncleaned."

"Beautiful location. It’s in the heart of Columbia but tucked away perfectly for a nice retreat. Right by a nice trail. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Pool closes kind of early so make sure you pay attention to the time. Restaurant was worth every penny. Beds were nice. Loved the personalized touch with the tv having my name on it."

"I sometimes stay here after coming back from a late gig. The staff are always helpful for handicapped people like me. Rooms are very clean, and everything works in the room and you can park in front of the room which is very helpful for me."

"The inside of the property was food but there were a lot of people that stayed there like living there and they were outside a lot and making noises."

"I absolutely love the property; my only hang up was the pool. The water was cloudy which made me not want to swim. And besides housekeeping throwing away my food I didn't finish ( i was upset about that) everything was great! BTW the crab cakes at the restaurant were on point!"
