I've gotta start with the staff, they were super helpful. Rooms were clean, amenities were nice. I'd like to go back in warmer weather as it was too cold at night to use the pool and hang out by the pool

Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Our overall stay at Cabana Bay was great but the check in was awful. We arrived at 1am from Canada with 4 kids and even though no one was around (no other guests) the process took an absurdly long time. I believe it was over 30 mins. And-they informed us that our rooms were not only not adjoining ...

Marriott's Grande Vista
Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the security measures to property. Room very clean. Lots of activities and amenities.
