It has old dingy carpet upstairs, old cheap dinnerware, cookware, glassware, etc. Everything is cheap, old and outdated (except the downstairs patio table/chairs, that looks new) Musty smell was horrible -- I went out and bought candles to help mask the smell. Also, this is the first beach house we've ever rented that didn't have any beach gear—no chairs, umbrella, towels. Nothing- so come prepared. "Size and location of condo was great. Plenty to do in the area without driving. Everything clean except grill on balcony and water dispenser on refrigerator had to be wiped down. Would definitely stay there again. "
