"Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival. "“The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully updated—I especially loved the bathtub! The room had an electric kettle with plenty of tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"
