"I booked a private room with a private bathroom and complimentary water bottles. The place was clean, modern, and had a nice large window. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I think their calmness and patience are among the most valuable qualities in great service. There are good restaurants nearby, and the city is easy to explore on foot. I can’t comment on the TV since I didn’t have time to use it."
"Was für ein schönes abwechslungsreiches Hotel. Das Frühstück ist lecker, die Zimmer schön neu und sauber, der Pool auf dem Dach echt ne coole Sache , die bar so schick eingerichtet mit ein bisschen Aussicht. Man hat die ganze Stadt in fußnähe und eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Das Personal ist sooooo freundlich und zuvorkommend und kümmerte sich sofort um Bedürfnisse und war steht's da bei Fragen ! Danke , für eine gute Zeit in Madrid ! "
