"I loved this hotel which was set in a converted school, right next to a park. My room was on the top floor of the annexe. It was beautifully styled and spotlessly clean. Thw breakfast was delicious, although I wasn't too keen on the coffee. Bar service was superb, especially from the lovely Kavi.
The only downside, for me, was the lack of USB sockets i. The room but this was easily sorted by borrowing an adaptor from reception.
Great proximity to the Royal Albert Hall, just a no 9 bus ride away,...

"Great introduction to London. Our room was spacious, air conditioning was excellent. It’s the kind of hotel where, if you wanted to relax in your room for a few hours, you could really stretch out. Like a neighborhood bed and breakfast but with a full bar and restaurant."

"super friendly and helpful staff. equipment could do with some upgrades. on-switch in the kettle in my room was partly broken. kitchenette in my daugther's room couldn't turn - which meant the cabinet door was in the way of the microwave oven which therefore can't be open."

"Although our room was very small, it worked for us for the 8 nights of our stay. We are grateful to the staff who immediately took care of the few requests we made ( wash cloths, ice, and extra towels). Since the room was so small we would have benefitted from having 1-2 hooks to hang towels and a soap dish in the shower. We also let them know the shower clogged after 1-2 minutes in the shower."

"Lovely hotel with nice bar area including outside seating. Easy walk to the underground station. Only issue we had was that the sofa bed for my daughter was not made up on arrival, we requested this twice during the evening and said we’d do it if the bedding was somewhere in the room. When they eventually came all the bedding was actually within the folded up sofa bed already and would’ve taken us 5 mins if we’d known."

"This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train.
My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation.
We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price.
We were really happy and I’d recommend this location."
