"We paid for Advantage Club, by the end It wasn’t what we expected. Nothing special for this. Just more $$$ Reception guy wasn’t helpful. We were charged with a deposit fee for no reason; When, I saw that nobody else was being charged for it. Personal treat customers depending on the language they spoke. We needed to pay to get room service flat fee, plus tip. Why will upgrade if you still need to be paying for everything. Everything closes early as far restaurants. Definitely will not come back."
