"Overall, my stay at the Kempinski was exceptional. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail truly stood out. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. However, the hotel did offer alternative pillows upon request, so it wasn’t a major issue. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding quality and experience."

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. This is high rise hotel property not a sprawling complex. So not a lot of walking but not a whole lot to see. The beach was gorgeous but tons of seaweed was all along the coastline (not the properties fault). The water was pretty rough with large waves the 4 days we were there and danger flags were posted. The breakfast in the Market Cafe was a buffet with about anything you could want. We really enjoyed it. The restaurants were good but not great....

"Not what we thought. This was a time share resort, which was not mentioned on their website. Only 3 on site restaurants. They considered their sports bar as option 4, and an Italian restaurant off the resort an option 5. Pool bars don’t open until 11 am and close at 6pm. Could not get a mimosa with breakfast because their bar doesn’t open until 10am. No where on property to get coffee other than the buffet or your room - unless you count the Starbucks in their market which was also not included...

"To be honest, yes, for the low price, it was not bad. At least the view was as promised, you could see the ocean from the side as advertised. "Lots of good. Very quiet and peaceful grounds. Beautiful clean pool. Old, dated, tired room that needs renovating. Very hard to find the hotel for my Uber drivers, as there are no signs on the building. Bed was hard as a rock. Coffee in the rooms would have been nice."

"Restaurants were well varies. We loved Cayeres our favorite. Gourmet food. Abram chef #1 in cacun. Waitress very friendly and hopefully. Room was clean . AC not cooling properly."
