"Our stay was great overall with the exception of some staff. The majority of staff were wonderful but there is one guy who works in the hotel's Pharmacy/Gift Shop who refused to provide change in USD citing the policy which actually was just the currency converter. "

"My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and we had a really good time. We just wanted to enjoy the sun and the beach. The resort is really nice especially if you have kids. Staff are really kind and helpful. Rooms were good too. Food was average, but we still enjoyed the variety and the service. You might need to reserve to eat at some of the restaurants, although most of the food found in those restaurants is also served in the buffet area. You will also need to take your own beach towels, because most of the time they won't be available. The hotel should definitely buy more towels instead of making people wait for towels to be washed. In conclusion, there are a lot of bad reviews that are very much exaggerated in my opinion, and I would definitely recommend this resort."

"Excellent service from maintenance, housekeeping, bellboys, front desks to food service staff. This was my first trip alone with my daughter for international travel and the staff made me feel welcome and safe at the resort. Love the variety of food and snack at the resort including the cofee bar and sweet treat bar! will definitely come back with the rest of the family!"

"We typically stay at Club Med properties and chose this resort last minute due to March Break availability. We came prepared to manage expectations; however, this property is, at best, a 3-star experience. The food was the most immediate disappointment—aside from breakfast, we chose to dine off-property most days. While the ocean is undeniably beautiful—turquoise water and white sand (with some seaweed, as is common across Cancun)—it does not compensate for the shortcomings in service and overall quality. Service was the biggest issue, particularly at the activity center. Over multiple days, we tried to access a basketball (listed as a complimentary activity) while both courts sat empty, yet were repeatedly given inconsistent and illogical reasons it wasn’t allowed. The lack of flexibility—and the attitude—made a simple request unnecessarily frustrating. There is also no enforcement around reserving pool and beach chairs. Towels are placed early and left for hours, making it difficult to find seating. Basic guest support was lacking. Even simple questions often led to being redirected to a concierge focused on selling a 90-minute timeshare presentation. This happened frequently enough that we stopped asking and navigated the resort on our own. We did raise concerns while on property; however, the responses did not meaningfully improve the experience. Unless this property is your only option within budget, I would recommend considering other resorts"
