"Pros: Nice, clean, family friendly resort. Staff is courteous. Rooms are good size with multiple person sleeping options. Great views.
Cons: Single specially restaurant on site which requires a reservation and books fast due to limited options. Sister resorts also provide the same dilemma and if you are fortunate enough to obtain a reservation at another property, plan on a three hour commitment due to shuttle service schedules and general meal time frame. "We had an excellent time at Sunscape All-Inclusive Resort.
It was our first trip with our baby and cannot speak highly enough of how the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Always there to help with a high chair and had a crib ready for us with fresh sheets each day. The resort is easily accessible with a stroller and easy to get around.
The food was excellent! We loved the various restaurants, especially Azul, On Sunset and Viaggio.
You can tell how much care the staff take looking after the property. Everywhere you go on the resort is clean.
It’s evident the staff truly care and would highly recommend to anyone with little ones. No matter who you ran into in the halls, around the pool or in restaurants, all staff were so kind.
Special thanks to Cesar at the front desk, Martin at Azul restaurant (and coconut drink designs by the pool) and Jose at the bar. These three gentleman truly made us feel at home.

"Our family had an amazing time staying here. We slept well, the apartment was well kept, we had access to the pool and beach, and felt very safe. The area was convenient.Had stores and food available and even pharmacies. Plus taxis and riding the bus are easy to use and get you up and down the strip. We would definitely stay here again and thank you to the hosts for helping us have an amazing vacation in Mexico. "
