"The rooms are very clean. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. One person that was absolutely amazing and made our trip even better was Pedro behind the swim up bar. He was always so welcoming and friendly. His knowledge of different drinks and helping you try new drinks was next level! He is the exact person you would want serving your guest and make sure they are having a great time. My fiancé and me had a wonderful time here and will be coming back!"

"I was until your staff members came over and ask me to live the area because i was carring a bracelet from the hotel mext door, Even after I show my room key number. I ask them to go and check with the main office. I had the right to be in the hotel because I pay for it and they tread me. So I was not happy about it."

"Had good amenities but only if you have a black band which is part of thier exclusive club. Cant have the basic of liquor like Tito’s vodka unless you have a black band. Food in every restaurant except the hibachi was terrible. Staff is friendlier this time than last but I understand they have done staff from a neighboring resort that closed. People seemed to really embrace them as they were on top If thier game. Overall good experience except the good. That I would definitely have to think...

"コンパクトなホテルでしたが非常にコスパが良かったです。ブラックフライデーのセールで、一室　合計2.8万円でした。 プールや海が目の前にあり、オールインクルーシブでのみ食べ放題で、オシャレなレストランが二つあったり、ウェルカムドリンクや、アクティビティもありました。また部屋を少しだけアップグレードして頂きました。 3泊以上すると、オールインクルーシブ以外のレストランが使えたりしました。 ただ、プールサイドで朝11時から19時くらいまで、音楽がすごい音量でかかっており、部屋でも聞こえたので、気になる人はいるかもしれません。予約後、部屋を相談した方が良いかもしれません。"

"For an all inclusive hotel, the fridge was empty when we got there, there 4 of us in the family and the fifth day we were there they gave us one towel for everyone to use and it upsets me therefore I had to call the desk to request for more, they were nice enough to bring us some towels. also bottle water was limited, there was one day where they only gave us one bottle water therefore before we go back to the room we always ask for bottle water at the pool bar. Staff were great and friendly....

"We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

"Clean and central location was nice. A little TLC and this hotel would have great potential.Not as modern as others but having a comfortable bed, working ice cold A/C and a big pool checks all the boxes for me.Never overcrowded and literally steps away from beach access is what keeps me coming back.Hotel has history with beautiful painted murals and art work throughout. My favorite place in all Cancun."
