"My husband and I stayed at the Live Aqua for a long weekend.The property is very well maintained and I adored the aroma therapy options in the room. When we were there the beach was very shallow but still so much fun. The pools were also great. There are lots of them so they never felt crowded. "We stayed at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun and overall had a good experience. The resort was clean, quiet, and the greenery around the property was beautiful. A few downsides stood out. Pool chairs were taken by 7 AM every morning, making it tough to enjoy the pool unless you got up early. The food was good but not great—lots of options, just nothing especially memorable. All of the restaurants except the buffet always had an hour+ wait at dinner time. For families, the lack of a laundromat...

"Beachfront was amazing and the palapas . The food options were good. The pool is small, so arrive really early to get your spot. The hotel renovating next door made our section really noisy. I understand the work has to be done, waking up and hearing it at 1:30am was a downside."

"In the hotel there is nothing to do,after you go to the restaurant. The buffet is very limited, we stay 5 days and only one of those there was Mexican food ‘, the water in the shower and in the wash basing smelled very, very very bad. The jacuzzi in the room was dirty with a lot of soap scum."
