"The registration staff (Oscar D & Dennise T) were awesome. Oscar was able to change our room from one that was next to noisy air conditioning next door hotel to a beautiful 3rd floor room that was quiet and had a nice view of the beach and ocean. The baggage handlers were efficient and very friendly! The property was extremely beautiful especially the 2 endless pools. I would definitely rate this resort a 9.5, and hope to return soon!
