"Rooms were clean and good size, staff were extremely attentive, helpful and kind. Very cozy amenities, close to the beach. The one thing I wish it was communicated is the need for closed-toe shoes for men entering any dining areas in the hotel."

"Great resort if you’re looking to party!! The only downfall there’s no bars or ways to get alcohol after 1am. U get whatever is in fridge. Other than that it’s awesome. Had a club and rooftop club!! The rooms and resort are super clean!! I’ve been to multiple resorts in Cancun and this is the one I would definitely go back to!! Great vibes for sure!! "

"Property seems to be getting run down. We stayed here a couple years ago and it was nice and looked good. This time the original room the ac did not cool the room down after running for 5 hrs on high at the lowest temp. Second room the ac leaked and the ceiling started falling to the floor. Did not want to change rooms again so we put a towel down and housekeeping came and took the ceiling pieces down. "
