"The room is clean and organized. The check in and out was easy, the instructions are clear. The resort access is not included in the fee that shows when you booked there was an additional $10 usd per night per person. That should be included in the fee shown in the booking site, so that the client won’t be surprised that there will be an additional fee on top of the booked amount. "I love this Hotel! Clean, location right on the beach, beautiful view from he time you wake to go to bed. The staff are the reason why I go there on and the hotel is beautiful. I love being able to swim the ocean and the pool with both being so accessible. The art collection in the hotel is fabulous. Such good people. "Excelente lugar para hospedarse. Es muy económico. El personal amable, cuenta con todo lo necesario y está excelentemente bien ubicado. Cerca de todo. Justo enfrente la zona de antros y bares, la playa, Chedraui, a minutos en autobús de plaza la Isla. La alberca bien, todo está limpio.
