"Beach was great but there was construction from 8am-10pm it was no bueno One pool very small But the staff were were very nice to us as it was our honeymoon and the food was excellent Our room had a window into the hallway which was weird and the air condition made giant puddles on the floor. They were stingy about what we wore to the buffet no tank tops (odd for Mexico but again the food was great) Lots of ways they were trying to upsell which I don’t like personally "

"This resort is on a beautiful beach, with great rooms and was very clean. Most of the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The serving staff at restaurants was a mixed bag, some quite rude and not interested in giving good service at all, others were wonderful. Restaurants were quite expensive for what was served and drinks just a little too high priced. Beautiful grounds and the beach was amazing with many beach chairs etc the buffet breakfast ($50 US per person) had a great variety of fresh...

"I enjoyed Mayan Monkey! It was close to a lot of the fun activities and nightlife. The view of the ocean didn’t look so good because of the construction, and my room 206 (co-bedroom) was never cleaned and I was there for 4 nights and five days. However the staff were wonderful, professional and super sweet! Their food and happy hour was awesome. I’ll be back!"

"Está muy bien ubicado, es muy tranquilo, la alberca casi todo el tiempo está sola, siempre hay camastros disponibles, acceso directo a la playa, la habitación tiene playa; el único punto a cuidar es el mantenimiento por lo menos de las habitaciones de abajo ya que los jacuzzis no funcionan y se ven viejos, las cortinas también y algunos elementos de los closets y caja de seguridad, la tv nunca tuvo señal"
