"My husband and I stayed at the Live Aqua for a long weekend.The property is very well maintained and I adored the aroma therapy options in the room. When we were there the beach was very shallow but still so much fun. The pools were also great. There are lots of them so they never felt crowded. Allowing people to leave their towels on a sun lounger who then disappear for 1/2 the day. 2. The parasailing company that operates next to the hotel on the beach - they drive their jet skis way too fast and way too close those in the water. "

"There are cockroaches in the rooms and the wifi doesn’t work in the rooms only outside in common areas. "

"Beachfront was amazing and the palapas . The food options were good. The pool is small, so arrive really early to get your spot. The hotel renovating next door made our section really noisy. I understand the work has to be done, waking up and hearing it at 1:30am was a downside."

"We stayed at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun and overall had a good experience. The resort was clean, quiet, and the greenery around the property was beautiful. A few downsides stood out. Pool chairs were taken by 7 AM every morning, making it tough to enjoy the pool unless you got up early. The food was good but not great—lots of options, just nothing especially memorable. All of the restaurants except the buffet always had an hour+ wait at dinner time. For families, the lack of a laundromat...

"I enjoyed Mayan Monkey! It was close to a lot of the fun activities and nightlife. The view of the ocean didn’t look so good because of the construction, and my room 206 (co-bedroom) was never cleaned and I was there for 4 nights and five days. However the staff were wonderful, professional and super sweet! Their food and happy hour was awesome. I’ll be back!"

"In the hotel there is nothing to do,after you go to the restaurant. The buffet is very limited, we stay 5 days and only one of those there was Mexican food ‘, the water in the shower and in the wash basing smelled very, very very bad. The jacuzzi in the room was dirty with a lot of soap scum."

"Está muy bien ubicado, es muy tranquilo, la alberca casi todo el tiempo está sola, siempre hay camastros disponibles, acceso directo a la playa, la habitación tiene playa; el único punto a cuidar es el mantenimiento por lo menos de las habitaciones de abajo ya que los jacuzzis no funcionan y se ven viejos, las cortinas también y algunos elementos de los closets y caja de seguridad, la tv nunca tuvo señal"
