"Pool was 5 foot deep with plenty of space, swim up open bar and slides for children in the pool for kids. Beautiful resort, the staff was amazing all kind and very helpful.Rooms were cleaned and organized we were given fresh towels everyday also a restock on snacks and water if we were running low on the items."

"It was budget friendly. I didn’t like that if you don’t give tip then you will be treated differently. Nobody will ask for drinks and staff will ignore you. The other hotel was actually good. Staff was pleasant in restaurant. I don’t understand the concept of asking room key again and again in every restaurant. What’s the purpose of bracelets then? Food was ok. The Mexican restaurant was average. Overall we got better treatment outside the hotel. Other hotels have caffe included in price but...

"When it’s staying at Cena suites you can expect the staff to be extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to help you out. They’re cleaning Staff is absolutely top not I could not ask for better people to be working in those position."

"Rooms were clean and good size, staff were extremely attentive, helpful and kind. Very cozy amenities, close to the beach. The one thing I wish it was communicated is the need for closed-toe shoes for men entering any dining areas in the hotel."
