"The rooms are very clean. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. One person that was absolutely amazing and made our trip even better was Pedro behind the swim up bar. He was always so welcoming and friendly. His knowledge of different drinks and helping you try new drinks was next level! He is the exact person you would want serving your guest and make sure they are having a great time. My fiancé and me had a wonderful time here and will be coming back!"

"The only great thing about this resort was the Spa! Best experience! The shower water smelled like urine for 2 days. "

"We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

"Fantastic stay. We had 3 kids 7 and under with us and it was a perfect resort for all of us. Loved the food service to the pools. The rooms had tons of space. Would love to come back!"

"It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast."
