"Room was clean, couldn’t find dust in even the hardest to reach places. We really enjoyed the all-inclusive benefits and the Expedia VIP perks put it over the top. Food quality and selection was solid, and for a family with kids the buffet and snack bars are clutch. Seemed like there was also a daily surprise cookout almost every day with something delicious. We also enjoyed the daily activities, particularly the water aerobics with Israel and Ruben. We only went to one evening show, but we found it entertaining. It was clear that the staff care and put effort into making the experience enjoyable for guests. The beach was very nice and the ocean was the most spectacular color I’ve ever seen. We would be very happy to have an opportunity to stay here again."

"Amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so attentive and nice! We have stayed here before when it was the Ritz and loved it and I would say that things are on the same level or better as it was when it was the Ritz. Rueben, the concierege on the club floor, is so helpful and friendly. The spa workers are wonderful as are the Casita's staff. Claudia and Mario took great care of us. The club lounge is beautiful and the food and drinks were delicious. Willy was the best bartender! Cannot wait to return!"

"Staff was exceptional and rooms were spotless (as was the entire resort). Enclave Room with plunge pool was worth every penny. Made for a super peaceful and relaxing vacation without having to fight for a chair at the pool. Was there Pres Week and never had a problem finding a seat at beach or pool or at the specialty restaurant. Ceviche at Chala was great and something I looked forward to each day. They could use more reservation availability at each to accommodate the amt of people at the property but for the size it never felt crazy or too crowded. "

"13 of us went to the Seadust to celebrate 3 birthdays and had a great time! The staff was super kind and helpful. My granddaughter was turning 5 and having a K-pop Demon Hunters birthday and the chef there made her a Rumi decorated birthday cake that was just over the top gorgeous! And on 24hrs notice! Everyone was super nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. We will definitely be going back! "

"Staff did a great job keeping the room clean and stocked with everything we needed.The only thing we didn’t like was they had a themed dinner and you had to buy a bottle of alcohol (around $100 dollars) to go But we don’t drink and you couldn’t go if you didn’t spend the money."
