"Overall, my stay at the Kempinski was exceptional. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail truly stood out. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. However, the hotel did offer alternative pillows upon request, so it wasn’t a major issue. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding quality and experience."

"Overall we had a great stay. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful, the man who brought our bags to our room and all the people working in the pool area. We had an issue with our room the first night with the shower pipes making an awful noise and water running off and on through the night. The maintenance came and said it was an easy fix, but it woke us up again 2 other times in the early morning. When we went to the front desk in the morning they did switch us to a different room,...

"First of all, you need to make reservations to get in any restaurant for the exception of one. We stayed there for 5 days and couldn't get into any, very disappointing and waste of money for "all inclusive". The restaurant that is available for breakfast and lunch during certain hours the food was mediocre. The beverages soda and beer were all watered down and as far as hard liquor it was a cheap brands. "Lots of good. Very quiet and peaceful grounds. Beautiful clean pool. Old, dated, tired room that needs renovating. Very hard to find the hotel for my Uber drivers, as there are no signs on the building. Bed was hard as a rock. Coffee in the rooms would have been nice."
