"The rooms are very spacious, convenient washer and dryer in the rooms with kitchen. Kids area and the pool was fun for all the kids. Easy access to the beach also! "

"We were very disappointed with our stay due to poor service and organization. Upon arrival, no one greeted us or assisted with our luggage. At check-in, the front desk was disorganized—one employee was on his phone saying his shift had not started, and there was no clear process despite no line. "The check in was amazing, but afterwards everything else was average. They do not have enough staff, you wait for long periods of time to get a drink or order food. The food is average, similar to cruise food or low cost buffets. At check out there was a huge line and only one person. In the adults only jacuzzi was full of children, no one says anything. Overall would not stay here again and do not recommend."

"In the hotel there is nothing to do,after you go to the restaurant. The buffet is very limited, we stay 5 days and only one of those there was Mexican food ‘, the water in the shower and in the wash basing smelled very, very very bad. The jacuzzi in the room was dirty with a lot of soap scum."
