"Staff is perfect, service is great! Properly amazing. Amenities - more restaurants would be better. Otherwise, is perfect for couples and quiet relaxing stay. "

"We thought the restaurants were okay, but not great. A little rushed at the Italian. Apps came out separate. Same with entrees. Lunch, Sea Salt forgot about apps, never asked how food was, can we fill your water glasses( empty) or drinks(wife wanted another Zero Heineken. I fed feedback to mgmt about concern, yet was never interviewed by mgmt. "

"Everything was great. I went with my kids and there was a separate pool that was perfect for them. Staff was super friendly! Housekeeping cleaned the rooms so nicely. Don't think I met one staff member that was in a bad mood. Different places to eat and choose. Buffet had lots of options. I went pregnant and they surprised me when I got back to my room with a cute decoration."

"I typically stay at all-inclusive resorts. This was a different experience as I had all-inclusive but others did not. Because of this, it was frustrating to always have to remind staff that I shouldn't have to pay for things. Getting a seat at the pools or beach was ridiculous - by 5:30am there were all taken. Not many activities to part take in. Very large resort with time-share patrons as well. I do not recommend if you are used to the "normal" hassle free all-inclusive experience. "

"Traveling with kids 9 and 11- resort is lacking in organized activities for kids their age. Food is average, hard to get dinner reservations even though we were Enclave. Overall, resort was ok. We will not return here when we visit Cancun again."

"I loved all the restaurants available. The food was DELICIOUS both in the restaurants and buffet. La Vista and Da Vinci were definitely our favorite. Staff was so attentive and made sure if we needed anything to just reach out. We are planning on eventually coming back!"

"We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

"This resort is in a prime location about 15 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient. It’s family-friendly, and my son really enjoyed the pool and beach. We did run into quite a bit of seaweed during our stay, but overall the beach was still nice. The resort itself is a bit outdated and could definitely use some renovations. The photos online seem more vibrant than what you actually see in person. The food was hit or miss out of about 7 restaurants, only 2 really stood out. The sushi...

"The pools.. there is substantially no lounge chairs by the pools, and the number of chairs available on the beach is not nearly enough for the number of guests. I’ve never been to a Cancún resort where the pool was really unusable for sunning. Thus was the first one. The food.. it wasn’t very good. Maybe nothing was seasoned very well? And the restaurants were very difficult to reserve. "
