"The Schweizerhof is a very modern and comfortable hotel. Quiet and comfortable rooms. The hotel has excellent facilities including a bar on the ground and ice and fresh water rooms on each floor. The breakfast was great. Great transport links with the train and tram outside. I liked as a hotel guest the hotel gives you a free pass around Basel. I highly recommend the hotel. "

"Close to train station and bus to airport. Room was very nice - large enough for 2 with medium size suitcases. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would have been nice if ramp or lift available from outside to the front desk. "
