"Reyanna, front desk that checked us in was simply amazing! The room we wanted(#463) was not quite ready as we arrived early. But she held the room for us, checked in our belongings, and even called us when our room was ready. Water view was spectacular, very peaceful, once in a while you hear a train go by, but noise level is not bothersome at all. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy, breakfast selection was decent, and lots of places to sit. Recreational amenities is def family...

"The only complaint is that there was an open, half drank corona on the kitchen counter when we arrived. Thankfully we saw it before the small kids did. Other than that service was great. They were super busy being New Years eve, however they were all relaxed and quickly moving everyone through check in. We had the two story, 2 bedroom unit and it was large and perfect for us. The breakfast was awesome as well, especially for being included in the cost. The rates were really good for that size...
