"The check in experience was horrible so much that we ended up leaving the hotel and not checking in. We received a key, the key did not work, went back to the front desk and got another one. When we entered the room, there was a couple in the room having sex and they yelled at us to get out. There was no manager on site and the person checking in did not know what was going on. It took almost an hour to get another room, and that key did not work. Our food was spoiled waiting in the sun for...

"Weed stench throughout the hallway. The linen were clean. Basic amenities were missing. No room service. I felt terrible taking my family to this hotel. I won't recommend to anyone."

"The neighborhood is not the best, but the parking and rooms felt safe. It was surprisingly quiet given how close it was to the freeway. I don't think I'll stay again, but it was great value for the bay area."

"Room was dirty, towels were stained and so were the bedsheets. When I called for them to come and replace the sheets, all they did was just make the bed again instead of them replacing the sheets with clean ones. The TV was also not working and took them a while to come fix it. Also, whoever took my call before to ask about early check in was rude."

"Clean, room large, well maintained. Basic, no frills. No on site restaurant and no real food options without a vehicle. Breakfast starts at 6 am with no early option, no coffee in lobby pre breakfast. Shuttle to airport was exactly on time. Rooms have kitchenette so bring your own food or order it delivered. Staff very pleasant."
