"Het hotel is supergunstig gelegen dus qua locatie een absolute aanrader maar de standaardkamer is zeer vergelijkbaar met alle andere keten kamers. Ontbijt is in café stijl, je bestelt van de kaart (niet goedkoop) en je levert hotelvoucher twv $25 in. Ontbijt met koffie kost meer dan die $25, je geeft ook 20% tip dus komen nog wel ontbijtkosten bij. Ook wordt er nog een dagelijkse fee van $25 gerekend aan “Riverwalk amenity”. Al met al dus een prijzig hotel."

"Hotel facilities were clean and satisfactory. Some of the carpeted areas could use replacement. The bath room lighting was not bright for shaving. Especially when one is older and requires more light. The shower coukd use some support bars for stability. The AC was very cold which is truly appreciated, however, I was unable to raise the room temp. Perhaps I did not know the mechanics to adjust the temp. Overall stay was otherwise Excellent and the breakfast bar was very satisfactory...

"I booked this room through Expedia, Fairfield inn and suites Naperville IL. I have always trusted Marriott and have stayed at Marriott properties every year for most of my life. I know this Fairfield is not considered one of Marriott’s high-end properties, however, this last stay was far below what I expected from any Marriott property. The hallway walls as you enter the 2nd floor are all ripped up, couch in the lobby has been painted/patched, my room had several wall patches but not painted...

"Overall, a good hotel that was close to where we needed to be in Naperville. Hotel itself is new, clean, safe. The room was basic but pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was okay, but few options for vegans. Still, I appreciate that they brought me out almond milk when requested. The fresh brewed coffee and tea on tap in the lobby was a nice touch too. Surrounding area is nit unsafe or unpleasant but odd— industrial, warehouses, seemed like middle of nowhere suburb. "Minor issues: The room was fairly clean. There was some dust in the bathroom, furniture and candy found on the floor under the table from the previous guests. The room was cleaned during our stay, but they did not restock our toilet paper."

"They advertised having a bar, but what they have is a beer and wine dispenser. You have to put money on a card and use it at the machine. If you don’t use all the money it is not refunded. Great breakfast and very comfortable rooms"

"rotating breakfast which is amazing !! it’s in a good neighborhood. gym open 24/7, pool open from 6am-10pm, and a laundry room is available. $2 in quarters for washer and dryer. they did ask for a $50 deposit once i arrived & it was sent back to me 5 mins after i checked out. Wonderful stay here."
