There was no shower curtain and I had to pick everything up like pillows and towels at the desk. Perhaps they did not have enough staff. The breakfast was delicious.

Hilton Birmingham Downtown at UAB
We had problems with the door. The deadbolt locked every time we left the room and we could not open it. The carpets are worn and need replacing. The service was good though.

This is a nice hotel in an excellent location. Everything was good except the check-in. I was treated like an interruption, not a customer. Maybe it was a bad day. Hyatt Regency Birmingham-The Wynfrey Hotel
This is my second time staying here. The place is very clean. Staff is always friendly. Valet service top notch. The rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable. Outside pool is very nice.

Couldn’t figure out the tv remote and no front desk available for ques., terrible terrible coffee. Warm yogurt, no bananas. Bathroom had a sour smell and as always not enough wash cloths for women.
