"What a fantastic stay! Parking right next door (public carpark), and the hotel is directly opposite Shakespeare’s New Place house. The front of the building is the old Tudor Falcon Inn which is a really spectacular building and they have respected the interiors which is nice. "From our after midnight arrival to the manager who went out of his way to change us from one type of handicap access room to one that was better suited to my needs. This property was run like a well oiled machine. The staff overall was polite and helpful, which obviously was made possible by the manager who seemed to treat them all the same way he treated guests (kind and helpful) even when he wasn’t in the building the staff was exceptional. We booked through Expedia and it said no attendant on site - so there was confusion on where to leave our bags and we did not receive a response so we ended up paying Premier Inn to hold our bags.
