"The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. "

"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "

"What a beautiful apartment. Everything you could need for a beautiful stay. The property, staff and food were amazing. I would highly recommend a stay here. We had a great stay and will definitely be back again."
