"The bed was the best hotel bed I've ever slept in. It was soft, sumptuous and pillowy. I didn't want to leave it but had no choice. Lol They sell the bedding online, I'm truly tempted as I need to recreate that sleep experience at home. "Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room.
