"We had a lovely one night stay and really enjoyed it. Rooms are clean and modern, staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast was was delicious. We were staying to go to a show at the Opera House which is less than 15 minutes walk away. All in all a great stay. We will definitely stay again."

"Such a great hotel -- loved that it was apartment style with lots of amenities in the unit. We were able to do laundry to minimize the amount of clothing we had to pack, and utilized the kitchen to make tea and have simple breakfasts in the morning. Great location, close to the train station and easy to get around the city. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again."

"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,...
