I could hardly climb on the bed as it is so high and was told there is nothing to be done not even a small step.
The shower is so slipery i had to put the bath mat inside as i slided twice. BY THE WAY SAME COMMENTS FOR THE SHOWER FROM MY 2 GUESTS
The Bathroom had a smell of dampness.
The dark curtain in the room was dirty whit a big grease stain and some white marks made by some hands pulling the curtain.

"It’s a good hotel for getting your head down for the night, upon check in we weren’t made aware of any of the details such as breakfast times, check out time, restaurant hours etc. our room wasn’t the cleanest but it was okay the shower was full of hairs and I found hair underneath the sheet on the bed the room was also EXTREMELY dark regardless of how we had the few lights available set overall the location is very convenient but the rooms could use a few tweaks"

"We stayed in a standard twin room on the first floor. The room was clean, well equipped with a comfy bed and pillows.
The room was situated above a bowling alley for which the room provided ear plugs. We didn’t use the plugs as didn’t need them but welcomed anyway.
The hotel lobby & bar were adequately staffed. All staff were helpful, attentive and professional. Would definitely stay again. Perfectly located between Euston and central London."
