"I love this hotel! The room I got was smaller and of course I booked a regular room and not a suite, but it was clean, had a window where I can view and wave at people crossing the small bridge, and a small canal with gondola’s passing thru, and a restaurant across. The noise was minimal during the day, and quiet at night. It was a great location where everything was walkable, walking thru shops, cafes, restaurants, and a few minutes to the grand canal, St Mark’s square, Rialto bridge,...

The property is a converted third generation home and exquisite. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was lacking nothing including fresh everything and cappuccino made for us. "

"The room was ready when we arrived a little early for check in which was very welcome. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had all we needed for a two night stay and a lovely view of the canal. There is no lift which didn't bother us with our small cases but it was a problem for a fellow guest with a big case. I am sure there is a light on the stairs but we couldn't find it when we were coming down early in the morning!"

Gina and her colleague were super helpful — they even messaged on check-in day to make sure I found the place easily. If you’re arriving in Venice, take a water taxi to the San Zaccaria stop; the hotel’s an easy 5-minute walk from there. Lots of restaurants and bars around, and the rooms are simple but comfortable — perfect for a short stay in the city."
