"Having been spectacularly let down by another venue locally - I booked here at short notice. I’m so glad I did - genuinely stunning hotel, brilliant and helpful staff and a wonderful stay overall. I genuinely can’t find fault in any way. "

"What a fantastic hotel! It's beautiful, the gardens and pool are lovely and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was large and airy, and the bed was very comfortable. Fantastic shower. Despite being next to the Basilica no noise got into the room, even when the bells rang!
The food in La Barbacane was delicious.
Excellent location, great as a base to explore Carcassonne on foot."
"Nous avons séjourné à l’Albane et le moins que l’on puisse dire c’est que nous n’avons pas était déçu ! Une hôte au petit soin et très sympathique. Un petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux fait maison . Un lieu très charmant et reposant avec en prime une très jolie piscine pour se rafraîchir .

"We loved staying at the hotel, the staff were all very friendly, the rooms were comfortable (Although the air conditioning could have been a bit better).
Everywhere was spotless and constantly being tidied up.
The cost of food, snacks and drinks was resonable but we found the breakfast a bit expensive as we don't eat much in the morning and there was no options to get a smaller, cheaper, breakfast.
The surrounding grounds are very nice and well looked after.
The atmosphere was very calm and...

L accueil est chaleureux et les bons plans sont au rendez vous.
La piscine est un plus tout comme les petit déjeuners copieux et fait maison!
Idéalement placé à quelques minutes seulement de la cité de Carcassonne!
