"Very disappointed at this hotel, don’t even believe the 9.2 rating, it’s short staffed, no waitress at the beach, no good amenities, room for some reason u can’t open the balcony doors or the floors will get wet, (condensation they said ) never seen it happen in any other hotel, restaurant by the pool open at 11am and closes at 3pm, can’t say anything staff will get mad at you, it’s just soo much bad for this hotel, would never recommend to anyone."

"The resort is an amazing place to stay for anyone visiting Cancun. It was my first time in Cancun and I had such a great experience, especially from the treatment and staff at the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide beautiful views. There is a shopping mall, very convenient for great restaurants, scenic views and shopping. Best of all, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed every minute of being here."

"Visited May, 2026. This property is well maintained, the hotel grounds is clean, likewise, my room was clean with good amenities, I stayed in building C and had a partial sea view. The pools are well maintained and kids friendly. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Easy access to public transport and convenience stores are a couple minutes walk away.
