"Great staff, very helpful. Small menu in the restaurant. Used to be much larger. When you pay 18% for a resort fee and then have to leave to get to a steak, chicken or fish entree is unacceptable. "

"The room was very comfortable and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. They handled an unexpected circumstance without hesitation and made sure I was well taken care of. The property is absolutely charming; warm-colored string lights in all the trees, a huge fire pit in the main parking lot, food/coffee trucks on property, and community seating areas that encourage friendly gatherings. I highly recommend experiencing the Campfire Hotel!"

"The outside of the hotel buildings and the parking area were not inviting. Needs paint, landscaping, cleaning up. But the room was top rate. It was clean, well-furnished, and attractive. The bed was comfortable. I would stay there again if I were to visit Sisters."

"The front desk person was super friendly and accommodating as I had an elder with me and he changed our room to a bottom floor. The room was mid to low in upgrades, but good in size. All in all the price was right for the accommodations and overall we were just there to sleep and drive to our next destination so I would highly recommend this hotel if you are on the go."

"This is my choice when I pass thru Bend: gave 5-stars, as it is exceptional for the price - It was a clean, comfy bed, hot shower/bath, and a hot breakfast with more than enough options. Amenities all clean & work, esp in-room coffee maker. Staff are welcoming, friendly & helpful. "
