Breakfast was very good and staff very accommodating. Happy each today was very enjoyable. Easy access to Visitor Center, Public transportation, restaurants and shopping.

Terrific location-able to walk to almost all activities/sites. Valet parking was expensive but very responsive; never had to wait long for car. Hotel room was charming; enjoyed having a record player and a selection of records to play. Snack bar by elevators provided fresh fruit, coffee, tea, sparkling ...

The Ryder Hotel
Inadequate staff training and not enough staff at the front desk and the parking. Outrageous cost of hotel fees: pet etc.

The Charleston Place
Great hotel. Second time here. My only regret, is that I didn’t know they were remodeling, and the pool was closed.
