"Don’t get me wrong, it’s rustic and charming with an interesting history and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order and Sunday roast was impressive. "Stayed here on a Thursday overnighter with my hubby, it doesn't look much from outside, but step inside and what a little gem! This place has just 3 rooms, ours was immaculate and I'm sure it was a higher standard than your average pub hotel. The decor was really nice, bed was super comfy, tea & coffee making facilities, and the bathroom was very nice and a decent size with a good electric shower.
