"There was no pool. I thought i booked a room on the second floor...but my room was in the basement with some prison rooms. Tv was too small. Shower pressure was inadequate. Luckily i didnt stay too much. The room was adequate, simple and basic. "

"Hôtel bien situé, proche du centre et bien desservi en termes de transports. Chambre réservée pour 3 personnes, avec 3 lits simples. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient petites mais suffisantes pour un séjour de 4 nuits, et très propres. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et serviable, le petit déjeuner est très correct, mais avec un choix limité de propositions. Seul bémol: la petite largeur des lits simples."

"Die Zimmer sind wirklich unverhältnismäßig klein. Für Kurzurlaube oder geschäftliche Reisen durchaus ausreichend, für zwei große Erwachsene doch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig - insbesondere die Größe des Bettes. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet ausreichend Auswahl - auch glutenfrei - Essen ist frisch und schmeckt. Erreichbarkeit fußläufig von Paddington und umliegenden Bus- und U-Bahn-Haltestellen sehr gut. Kurze Laufwege zu Hyde Park und Oxford Street....

"The usual hotel that I stay at in London was fully booked, and I'm so glad because I've found this absolute gem of a hotel. Location was perfect, next to everything. Check in was seamless, I ended up coming earlier than expected and they had a room available for me. The hotel is clean, well taken care of and has an elegant luxury to it.
