Room was big, beautiful, and comfortable. Quiet. Staff was kind and informative. Restaurant on premises was good for breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located. Would definitely stay again.

Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square by IHG
While the location of the hotel provides easy access to various venues, the property is dated. The rooms were decent however there is little air circulation, the windows had visible puddles of condensation. Staff attentiveness and service levels were inconsistent.

The the parking setup was beyond ridiculous, and in all honesty it may not be the hotel's fault but it falls on the hotel call it we are the they I was charged for 2 days of parking when I only stayed one night the gentleman who picked up the vehicle to bring back was working by himself the system ...
