"I booked a 2 bedroom suite. First when I got there they tried to charge me $30 extra than the price on my reservation. They did fix the price but could not explain why the price was showing incorrectly. Luckily I had my confirmation from Expedia on hand. The room was ok but outdated and the location was far. "My only complaint is the parking. That isn't the fault of the staff. Otherwise? everything wss great!"

"Stayed here to attend a conference. The place is decent with good service. The room we first went to had a plumbing issue-the toilet was not flushing and started to overflow. But we were given a different room soon after we complained. The keycards had to be changed a few times because they kept getting demagnetized (despite not being near a CC or phone). The location is convenient. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is attentive and breakfast was good."

"They are a dog friendly hotel with an indoor dog park! Our room had an electric "fireplace" and 2 large televisions. Comfy couch and leather chair in "sitting " area, in front of fireplace. Very nice lounge and restaurants for atmosphere and relaxing. Valet parking was quick and the boys were very friendly and nice."

"I have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times. Our room, #215 needs some maintenance. We came into the room, and the toilet didn’t flush. We called the front desk and maintenance was up in a few minutes and fixed it. There was nasty stain in the bathtub. It wasn’t dirty but a new tub is definitely needed. It looks gross. The bathroom faucet was funky and you had to move it around to shut it off. Definitely need a remodel/update in this room. For one night it was ok"
