I would recommend opting for one of the “deluxe” options, as there is a significant difference in room quality compared to the standard room. "

Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. Excellent staff, always happy to help and always cheerful. Overall an excellent hotel to explore from in North Wales."

"Nice welcome. Helpful staff. White pristine bed linen and towels. Family room great with double bed and 2 singles for kids. Kettle, tea, coffee etc. En suite bathroom good but could do with updating. Good hot water and shower though. Price was right. "
