"We stayed here as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. Could not get the TV to work right so front desk person came up and had to unplug and plug again to get it to work right. Even then the channels were weird. The worst part was the shower. Hot water did not come on after 5 min so when I tried to turn it off, it would not shut off. And then handle came off altogether. No other rooms, we were told, and would not give us a refund of any kind. And we had to listen to running...

"The loft was beautiful in terms of aesthetic but did have some problems with cleanliness, as the room had many flies upon entry and continued to have flies throughout the weekend. The tv in the room also did not work but thankfully there was a projector screen that did, there was also visible mold in the bathroom toilet. Lastly, the staff kindly left me and my friend complimentary bathrobes to be used, however 1 of the robes had mold spores on the sleeve (seen in the pictures attached) therefore...

"Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came.
Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"We chose this motel because of the wonderful reviews it received, and our stay confirmed the positive nature of the reviews. The staff were invariably friendly, warm and welcoming! The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the amenities, such as the extra snacks and fruit available in the lobby along with the coffee 24/7 were way above our expectations! Fresh and delicious, and exactly what we needed after coming and going for two days! We appreciated our evening host's help in...
