They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans."

"What a gem of a hotel! A real find in Leukerbad. There’s a drop off spot at the hotel for check I’m and out; otherwise, park at the Rathaus (or other paid parking). Lovely wee place with nice staff. The restaurant is good and the breakfast worthwhile (although I’ll be honest, the coffee is subpar). Perfect location for enjoying the town. Bathrobes are available for 5chf deposit at the front desk. Enjoy their sauna and pool! "

"Baxter Hotel is very conveniently located near the train and bus stations. It is a modern and stylish facility with very helpful and helpful staff. My room was big, clean! And comfortable. "Very much a vintage hotel experience. I had an excellent mountain view, which I was able to enjoy from bed every morning. The cleaning crew were efficient and very good. The staff was very helpful with planning alternative hikes. I chose to walk the 800m from the train station, which for me was very doable. However, I am very fit and this may not be an option for everyone. The breakfast buffet was very good. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Nico's, which was excellent. It was my best...
