"Thus hotel was amazing! The area was nice, close shopping, clean room, great staff, clean common areas, all of it was great! My kids adored the waterpark, pools, last river, and mini golf. I will stay here again when I am in the area."

Extra friendly staff, character meet and greets made the kids so happy, late night pool, shuttles every 15 min to universal made traveling a breeze, the cafeteria downstairs with great food, and the rooms were well maintained and cleaned daily.
